About Javi's Landscaping

Javi's Landscaping started with one truck, one mower, and a handful of neighbors in Monterey willing to take a chance on a new crew. The work was simple back then, mowing lawns and trimming hedges, but the standard was never simple. Every job got done right, on time, and left cleaner than we found it.

Word spread the way it does on the Central Coast, one satisfied neighbor telling another. What began as basic lawn care grew into full-service landscaping: irrigation repair, hardscapes, drought-tolerant redesigns, seasonal cleanups, and ongoing maintenance for homes and businesses across Monterey and San Benito Counties. We invested in better equipment and deeper know-how, but we never lost the habit of showing up when we say we will.

Today Javi's Landscaping serves properties throughout the Central Coast, from coastal fog belts to inland valley heat, and we still work like a family business because it is one. We know this region's soil, its water restrictions, and its microclimates, and we build every landscape to hold up against them.
